Upon receiving the verifiable request for erasure or updating of Personal Data by you, we shall erase or update your Personal Data unless retention of the same is necessary for the specified purpose or for compliance with any law for the time being in force.
iii. You shall have the right to nominate any other individual, who shall, in the event of death or incapacity of You, exercise the rights of You in accordance with the law for the time being in force.
iv. Subject to effective regulatory/statutory requirements, where consent given by You is the basis of Processing of Personal Data, such You shall have the right to withdraw its consent at any time however, such withdrawal shall not affect the legality of Processing of the Personal Data based on consent before its withdrawal.
Upon receipt of a request, We ensure that the requests are addressed in a timely manner and in compliance with the applicable laws, regulations and policies. If We conclude that the request cannot be fulfilled, We will respond with a reasonable justification for denial of such request. We will maintain records of all such requests and any such statements from you, irrespective of their status of Processing.
None of these rights given above are absolute in nature and there may be circumstances in which We are required or permitted under applicable law not to address your request.
